Ocean State Job Lot maintains a 90-day return policy on most items sold in our stores, exceptions listed below.
Items returned within 90 days from date of purchase with a receipt are eligible-based on original payment type-for refund or store credit.
Returns without a receipt are subject to the lowest promotional price.
Job Lot Insiders can return product within 90 days without their receipt, so long as the original transaction is affiliated with their Insider account.
An item returned with a Gift Receipt is eligible for store credit only.
The customer must have a readable, unaltered, original sales receipt to receive a refund.
Items returned must be in resalable condition with all original parts and packaging intact.
Product purchased online is treated like any other store merchandise and subject to the policy outlined on this page.

Return Policy Exceptions

If for any reason you require a refund for the product the unused crazy deal must be returned to get a full refund. If the crazy deal card has been used the return value of your product will be less the price of the crazy deal card .

A full refund will be issued for unopened airbeds returned within 90 days of purchase with an original sales receipt.
Defective airbeds will be exchanged for an airbed of equal or greater value within 90 days of purchase (customer to pay the difference).

i.e. generators, lawn mowers, power washers, snow blowers, etc

A full refund will be issued for Power Equipment returned in new condition, (no fuel added and never used) within 31 days of purchase with an original sales receipt.
Gasoline/Diesel Power equipment that has been used (i.e. gasoline placed in it) CANNOT be returned.

i.e. Holiday Decorations

A full refund will be issued for Holiday/Seasonal items within 31 days of purchase or before the end of the season or holiday, whichever occurs first. Must have original sales receipt and be in new condition to receive full refund.

i.e. Paddleboards, Boats, Snow/Water Tubes, etc.

A full refund will be issued for unopened seasonal inflatables returned within 31 days of purchase with an original sales receipt.
Defective inflatables will be exchanged for a like product of equal or greater value within 31 days of purchase (customer to pay the difference).

A full refund will be issued for unopened heaters or air conditioners returned within 31 days of purchase with an original sales receipt.
Defective heaters, or air conditioners will be exchanged for a like product of equal or greater value within 31 days of purchase (customer to pay the difference).

A full refund will be issued for unused Kayaks within 31 days of purchase with an original sales receipt.

Live plants, trees, and shrubs are non-returnable.
A full refund will be issued for unopened flowering/vegetable bulbs and seed packets within 31 days of purchase with an original sales receipt.

A full refund will be issued for any unopened pavilions/gazebos/shelters/carports returned within 31 days of purchase with an original sales receipt.
Defective pavilions/gazebos/shelters/carports will be exchanged for a pavilion, gazebo, shelter, or carport of equal or greater value within 31 days of purchase (customer to pay the difference).
