It does not apply to our data collection activities offline or otherwise outside of our Service (unless otherwise stated below or at the time of collection).

The Policy discusses information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual ("Personal Data" or "Customer Information"). This information is collected through the use of the Site or participation in our Insider's Program. This information may identify you personally and can include, but is not necessarily limited to, your name, physical address, email address, IP address, phone number, payment information, social media information, and Site browsing activity. Additionally, OSJL may collect information that is more general and not specifically about you, otherwise known as "Non-Personal Customer Information." For example, we may collect and use aggregate sales information or browsing data to determine purchasing trends. Because this Non-Personal Customer Information cannot be linked to or identify any individual customer it is not governed by this policy.


Regarding Privacy.

OSJL takes the privacy of its customers very seriously. As such OSJL believes in protecting the confidentiality of our customers in accordance with their wishes and the applicable state and federal laws associated with collecting Customer Information. Use of the Site and our Insiders Program are our primary means of collecting the information necessary to improve the benefits and services OSJL provides you so that they are more unique and customized to you. How can I prevent my Customer Information from being disclosed?

You have the right at any time to direct us not to disclose Customer Information about you, to change your preferences, or to change Customer Information that you have provided to us by contacting us at: itsecurity@osjl.com, or by calling us at (401) 295-2672 and following the voice prompts to Customer Service. You may be able to change certain preferences and/or Customer Information through your online account or at a point of sale in-store.

Please note that if you direct us not to disclose such information about you, we may continue to email you with loyalty-program-based promotions utilizing the Customer Information you've provided to us. These promotions include, but may not be limited to, sending you paperless coupons and special savings programs.


How long is Customer Information stored?

OSJL will maintain your Customer Information as long as it is providing services to you or up to and until you inform and/or direct us that you no longer wish to have your Customer Information maintained. When Customer Information is no longer being utilized and/or maintained, OSJL will destroy the information using secure methods.


What measures have been designed to safeguard Customer Information?

Protecting Customer Information is an important priority for OSJL. OSJL engages in actions which are reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access to Customer Information. For example, marketing service providers that receive Customer Information are required to preserve the confidentiality of that information under legally binding contracts and their own internal privacy policies. Additionally, OSJL has established internal policies and procedures to ensure all OSJL associates understand the importance of securing Customer Information. Any OSJL associate who violates these policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.


Information From Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you have reason to believe that an individual under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us, and we will delete that Personal Data from our databases.


Will the privacy policy change?

OSJL reserves its right to modify this policy from time to time. In doing so, we will adjust the "Last Modified" date to reflect when these changes occurred. The policy posted to the Site is the current policy. We encourage our customers to review this policy on a frequent basis.


Customer's Acceptance of OSJL's Privacy Terms

By signing up for the Insiders Program, using the Insiders Card, interacting with us through the OSJL Site, and/or failing to advise OSJL of your wish to not have your Personal Data collected, you are consenting to the collection and use of your information by OSJL in accordance with this policy.

We collect Personal Data for the business and commercial purposes described in "How is Customer Information Used?" above.

Disclosure of Personal Data: We may share your Personal Data with third parties as described in the "How is Customer Information Used?" section above. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of Personal Data for business or commercial purposes: identifiers, characteristics of protected classifications under California or U.S. law, commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, audio, electronic, visual, or similar information, professional or employment-related information, inferences drawn about you, and other categories of Personal Data that relate to, describe or are reasonably capable of being associated with you.

Sale of Personal Data: California law requires that we provide transparency about Personal Data we "sell" which for the purposes of the CCPA broadly means scenarios in which we have shared Personal Data with partners in exchange for valuable consideration. In the preceding 12 months, we have NOT "sold" any Personal Data or Customer Information. We have no current plans to engage in the sale of its Customer Information with any third party.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request (1) more information about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected and disclosed for a business purpose in the last 12 months, (2) deletion of your Personal Data, and (3) that we stop disclosing your Personal Data.

You may make these requests by following the instructions contained within the "How Can I Prevent My Customer Information from Being Disclosed?" section of this policy. Once we receive your request, we will verify it by asking you to provide certain information, such as information regarding a recent purchase. We will honor requests received to the extent required by applicable law and within the time provided by law. If you would like to use an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to exercise your rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests on your behalf.

We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.
