It also applies to your use of all databases, features, plug-ins, applications, content, downloads and/or other services that (i) we own or control and make available through a Site, and/or (ii) that post or link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, with the Site, the "Service"), regardless of how you access or use it, whether via computer, mobile device, or otherwise. It does not apply to our data collection activities offline or otherwise outside of our Service (unless otherwise stated below or at the time of collection).
The Policy discusses information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual ("Personal Data" or "Customer Information"). This information is collected through the use of the Site or participation in our Insider's Program. Additionally, OSJL may collect information that is more general and not specifically about you, otherwise known as "Non-Personal Customer Information." By visiting this Site, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Data as described herein. If you do not agree with the terms set out herein, please choose to opt out of collection as noted below or do not visit this Site. If required by applicable law, we will seek your explicit consent to process Personal Data collected on this Site or volunteered by you. Any consent given will be presumed to be entirely voluntary.
