With a combined 72,000 BTUs between three independent heat zones and two cast-iron burners, this griddle heats up quickly and has the space to cook multiple main and side dishes simultaneously. Dual side shelves make meal prep easier, and a cabinet with pull-out propane tank storage on one side and room on the other side to store seasonings, utensils, or other cooking items provides a space to house everything you need during the cooking process.
