Job Lot, its principals and its employees give generously of their time, talents and checkbooks to support - among many others - the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, Trinity Repertory Company, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Donation Exchange Program. Outside Rhode Island, the company has also supported the region's food banks and hospitals, as well as victims of natural disasters in Louisiana as well as Armenia, Central and South America.

The Ocean State Job Lot Charitable Foundation annually raises money for food banks throughout the Northeast, Cancer Care at Boston Medical Center as well as hosting The Annual Golf Charity Classic, which raises money for local charities in the Northeast.
